At CocoLash, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return window. Please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us for further instructions.

5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. This includes opened eyelash products and related accessories.
